The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in project management, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with strategic/complex initiatives.
• Experience in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape or similar business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; PMP or PRINCE2 desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with PM software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for strategic projects.

• Lead and motivate cross-\u00adfunctional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-\u00adperformance environment.


• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape or similar business environments.


• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-\u00adfunctional teams in a matrix environment.


• Expertise in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).


• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
