You will be instrumental in managing diverse teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving efficiency in the delivery of essential energy infrastructure, contributing to the region's energy security and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of power generation projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a significant asset.
• More than 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically managing large-scale power plant construction or upgrade projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with significant budgets and tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and contract administration in the energy sector.
