About the Role

Our client, a leading developer of large-scale infrastructure projects, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee significant undertakings in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. This role requires a seasoned professional capable of managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and feasibility studies through to construction and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of major infrastructure development projects in Durban.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Manage and coordinate all project activities, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Oversee and manage contracts with external vendors, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion.
