Job summary

Greenpark is seeking a Senior Project Manager to strengthen the EMEA Delivery team. You will independently lead multiple complex digital projects, coordinating specialist teams from brief to completion, owning plans, resources, budgets, risks and documentation while guiding junior PMs and applying AI tools where appropriate.

You will work within Greenpark’s delivery standards, maintain relationships with clients and internal teams, and contribute practical improvements based on experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of project management experience in a digital, content, creative or media agency.
• Experience delivering projects for global brands with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, estimating, budgeting, forecasting and change-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead multiple complex projects and workstreams from brief to completion.
• Define deliverables, estimates and acceptance criteria with Client Services and specialists.
• Lead project setup, milestones, and delivery plans with dependencies and approvals.
• Anticipate risks, mitigate, and lead recovery planning with options.
• Manage scope changes, time, cost and resources with approvals.
• Build client relationships and communicate delivery status clearly.
