• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing projects valued in tens or hundreds of millions of Rand.
• Expert knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and SA safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Expert knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations in South Africa .
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
