Responsibilities

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects related to civil works, building construction, or public infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and contract law.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote project oversight effectively.
• Experience with FIDIC or NEC contracts is preferred.
