The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction project management, PMP or related degree, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record delivering on time and within budget on large builds.

You will be instrumental in managing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initial design and planning through to execution and handover. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of construction methodologies, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within the building industry. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing significantly to the region's development landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and contract administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee site operations, monitoring progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring project milestones are met.
• Manage project documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and final close-out documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project reviews to maintain quality control and identify potential risks.

Requirements
