• Experience managing budgets exceeding R100 million.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role Our client, a major player in the construction and infrastructure development industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal region. This critical role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, procurement, contract management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful completion of major civil infrastructure projects, such as roads, ports, utilities, and public facilities.
