About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on technology‑driven projects, ideally within the agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices, emerging agritech trends, and relevant technologies (IoT, data analytics, AI in agriculture).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources for research and development projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, innovative environment and manage multiple project priorities.
