Job summary

DeARX in South Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and IT projects within the financial sector. You will drive delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet governance and value delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and governance forums, shaping plans, risks, and budgets while maintaining control and momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Senior Project Manager experience delivering complex business and/or IT projects.
• Experience in the financial industry is advantageous.
• Strong planning, risk, issue, dependency and budget management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
