Our client is seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This 12-month contract role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leading teams through challenging and rewarding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive full project lifecycle management: from scope definition, planning, and resource allocation to execution and delivery
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively managed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress reporting, and expectation management
• Oversee budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability
• Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to enhance project outcomes

Requirements

• IT Degree or Diploma with a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Minimum of 10 Years IT experience, including at least 5 years managing software development projects
• Proven understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies, with strong Agile/Scrum exposure
• Skilled stakeholder management across multiple levels and regions
• Solid working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is highly advantageous
