Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team in planning, executing, and delivering client projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met according to client requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project deliverables.
• Monitor project performance metrics, such as profitability, utilization rates, and client satisfaction scores, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them succeed in their roles.
• Lead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, and post-mortem reviews to ensure clear communication and alignment among project stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and recommend innovative approaches to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture within the project management department, and promote a client-centric mindset throughout the agency.
