About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Engineer to lead and manage significant infrastructure development projects in Polokwane . This role demands a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from conception through to completion. You will oversee engineering design, construction execution, and resource management, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects and a commitment to delivering sustainable and impactful development within the Limpopo province.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering collaboration and efficient workflow.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement timely solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Review and approve engineering designs, construction methods, and quality control procedures in Polokwane .

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
