Placements24 is seeking a skilled Project Electrical Engineer to join their team in Polokwane, overseeing electrical aspects from conception to completion on infrastructure and industrial projects.

You will coordinate with contractors, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure designs are practical, compliant with regulations and delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high safety standards in the Limpopo region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng or BSc).
• Minimum 6 years in project engineering, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience in project management methodologies and electrical project execution.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, distribution networks, and building electrical services.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and related software.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing electrical aspects of projects from conception through to completion, ensuring designs are practical, cost-effective, and adhere to all regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully. This is a key position for an engineer who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the development and modernization of infrastructure in the Limpopo province.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical engineering aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
