Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects through full lifecycle from conception to implementation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, environmental, legal, commercial and financial specialists.
• Review technical studies, engineering reports and project development documentation.
• Assess project risks, delivery strategies and implementation programmes.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases and investment evaluations.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in procurement processes, bid preparation and transaction execution.

Our client is a specialist infrastructure advisory and project development consultancy delivering complex infrastructure projects across Southern Africa. Working with both public and private sector clients, they provide strategic advisory, project development and implementation support across sectors including energy, transport, water, logistics, commercial property and public infrastructure.

They are seeking an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in infrastructure project development, project management or infrastructure advisory to join their growing team. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary project teams through the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to implementation, while balancing technical excellence with commercial awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects, engage directly with clients and key stakeholders, and play a meaningful role in delivering projects that have a lasting impact. Minimum Requirements

• Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or similar).
• Minimum 7 years' experience within infrastructure project development, engineering consulting, project management or infrastructure advisory.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project development and project delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to feasibility studies, project planning and implementation.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of project finance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
