Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Architect for our Welkom office in the Free State. You will lead complex projects from concept through completion, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability.

The role includes mentoring junior architects and coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate holds a Master of Architecture, SACAP registration, and 10+ years of progressive experience with strong project management skills in Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in architectural practice with a strong portfolio.
• Professional SACAP registration.
• Expertise in project management, design software, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project teams, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Liaise directly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure adherence to architectural best practices, building codes, and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and technologists.
• Develop and present innovative design solutions that meet client objectives and aesthetic goals.
