Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Architect to lead landmark architectural projects in Upington. You will guide design teams, coordinate with consultants, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

In this senior role, you will oversee documentation, liaise with clients and regulators, and drive project success from concept through construction, contributing to the growth of the Northern Cape region.

Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification with 12+ years of experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale architectural projects.
• Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD; proficient with PM software.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong portfolio showing successful project delivery.
