Qualifications

• Professional Architect qualification (PrArch or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8-10 years of post-graduate experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex architectural projects.
• Expertise in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD) and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction technology and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
