Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a highly respected architectural practice with a significant footprint in Soweto, Gauteng , is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Architect to lead and manage a diverse range of architectural projects. This role demands a candidate with strong leadership qualities, excellent design sensibility, and a proven ability to manage projects from inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for client liaison, design development, team coordination, and ensuring projects meet budgetary, timeline, and quality objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various building typologies and a deep understanding of construction documentation and site supervision. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project teams, overseeing design, documentation, and construction administration.

Requirements

• Professional Architect qualification and registration with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
