A leading architectural firm in South Africa seeks a highly experienced Architect to provide strategic design leadership, technical precision and strong project management across a diverse portfolio.

Requirements include SACAP registration as Professional Architect, Master of Architecture, 15+ years post-qualification experience, proven delivery of large projects, and expert Revit and BIM CDE proficiency. Revit assessment is required.

• Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects across sectors.

Responsabilités

• Lead conceptualisation, design development and delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Manage projects across mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, civic and education sectors.
• Oversee construction documentation, technical detailing and design coordination.
• Drive effective BIM workflows, modelling standards and collaboration within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Interpret technical and commercial feasibility to inform sound design and project decisions.

They are seeking a highly experienced Architect to bring strategic design leadership, technical precision and strong project management capability to an ambitious architectural portfolio.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant projects across the continent while shaping design outcomes within a collaborative, innovation-driven studio.

Requirements:

• Registered with the SACAP as a Professional Architect.
• Education: Master of Architecture
• Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural practice.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and delivering large, complex projects across sectors including mixed-use, commercial, residential, hospitality, civic and education.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and BIM Common Data Environment (CDE). Revit assessment required.
