The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial Engineering, at least six years of progressive experience in process optimization and project leadership, and proficiency in lean Six Sigma, simulation, and statistical analysis.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on process optimization and project leadership.
• Expertise in lean Six Sigma principles (Black Belt certification preferred), simulation modeling, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes and systems.
• Apply advanced lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage strategic projects focused on capacity planning, layout optimization, and material flow improvements.
• Conduct in-depth performance analyses, including time studies, ergonomic assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
