Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.
- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for increased efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all quality control standards and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain departments for material procurement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
