Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Production Geologist to join its exploration and production team in Rustenburg. The role focuses on interpreting geological data, building subsurface models, and providing geological expertise to support field development and production optimization.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, integrate Petrel/GeoGraphix outputs, contribute to reserve estimation, and support drilling, well planning, and completion design while staying current with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in production geology, E&P sector.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software such as Petrel and GeoGraphix.
• Strong understanding of structural geology, sedimentology, and stratigraphy relevant to oil and gas exploration.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
