Placements24 is seeking a skilled Geologist to join its exploration and development team in Pretoria. You will analyze subsurface data, interpret geological models, and collaborate with reservoir engineers and geophysicists to de-risk prospects in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in geological exploration, preferably oil & gas.
• Proficiency in geological software (Petrel, Kingdom Suite) for data interpretation and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Interpret seismic data, well logs, and core samples to understand subsurface structures and stratigraphy.
• Develop and refine geological models for exploration and development opportunities.
