On-site role requiring experience with artificial lift systems and reservoir management. You will monitor performance, plan workovers, and collaborate with reservoir engineers to align production strategies with asset integrity and targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of production operations, surface facilities, and artificial lift technologies.
• Experience with production optimization techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a field operations environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production performance from wells and facilities, identifying areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies for artificial lift systems (e.g., ESPs, rod pumps) to enhance production rates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related operational problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
