Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in production chemistry in Oil & Gas or petrochemicals.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation.
- Experience with corrosion monitoring and process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analyses of crude oil, refined products, and process streams.
- Monitor and control chemical injection systems to optimize production.
- Troubleshoot process chemistry issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and validate analytical methods for process monitoring and quality control.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve process performance and yield.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical handling and disposal.
