About the Role

Our client seeks a highly skilled Senior Production Chemist to join their operations in George . You will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues related to flow assurance, corrosion, and water treatment, developing chemical solutions, and implementing them across various operational sites. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of chemistry and its application within the Oil & Gas industry to enhance operational integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement effective chemical treatment programs for oil and gas production facilities.
• Investigate and resolve production chemistry challenges, including scaling , corrosion , and emulsion problems.
• Monitor and analyze chemical performance data to optimize dosage rates and treatment strategies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field operations teams on chemical applications and safety protocols.

Requirements
