Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in chemical production management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of chemical plant operations and process control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all aspects of chemical production processes to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Lead and mentor the production engineering team, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality management systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
