Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, solution-oriented Senior Product Presales Engineer / Security Solutions Architect to lead end-toend technical solution design, presales activities, and RFP/tender responses within the electronic security, video surveillance, and

critical infrastructure sectors.

In this role, you will act as a principal technical advisor, bridging the gap between sales teams, consultants, system integrators, and

key stakeholders. You will drive high-level technical presentations, product positioning, and proof-of-concept (POC)

demonstrations—taking complex projects seamlessly from initial requirement analysis and solution architecture to BOQ creation,

tender submission, and project implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end, integrated electronic security and ICT solutions tailored for largescale enterprise, government, and critical infrastructure projects (covering CCTV/IP Video, VMS, AI Video Analytics, ANPR, Access Control, Intrusion, Perimeter Protection, Command Centres, storage, and networking).
• Presales & Tender Support: Lead technical engagement for RFPs, RFQs, and government/enterprise tenders. Prepare detailed system architecture diagrams, technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and compliance matrices.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct requirement analysis, site surveys, technical presentations, and live POCs. Present complex concepts clearly to both technical engineers and C-level executive stakeholders.
• Product Positioning & Competitor Analysis: Conduct testing, benchmarking, and comparative analysis between internal and competitor products to support strategic marketing initiatives, product messaging, and market positioning.
• Product Launches & Go-To-Market: Develop and review technical marketing collaterals, product specifications, visual materials, and solution overviews. Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
• Integration & Lifecycle Support: Integrate security platforms with enterprise IT/network infrastructure and third-party systems. Provide technical oversight throughout the sales and project delivery lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Experience:
• o Minimum 5–8+ years of technical sales, presales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting experience within the video surveillance, security, or ICT systems integration industries.
• o Proven track record in executing large-scale, high-value enterprise or government tender processes.
• Technical Domain Expertise:
• o In-depth understanding of CCTV equipment, IP video systems, VMS, AI analytics, ANPR, storage/transmission, intercom, and access control.
• o Experience with network infrastructure, Command Centre architectures, and third-party integrations.
• Tools & Software:
• o Proficiency in technical and visual presentation tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, video editing tools).
• o Hands-on experience with system design and BOQ generation tools.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, project coordination, multi-stakeholder management, and advanced problem-solving capabilities.
