Hirefarout in Cape Town seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own messaging for a fast-growing fintech B2B SaaS platform. You translate complex software into clear commercial language and drive end-to-end product launches, website messaging, and sales enablement.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and client success teams, reporting to the COO. The role is hybrid in Cape Town with strong growth impact and direct customer-facing impact.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications with 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or regulated infrastructure software is preferred.
• Independently write product messaging, sales collateral, launch copy, and website content.

Responsabilidades

• Translate complex software capabilities into clear, accessible commercial messaging.
• Execute end-to-end go-to-market plans and launch narratives for new features.
• Develop sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, client stories.

• Conduct regular competitor analysis and integrate insights into positioning.

Role Overview

A fast-growing financial technology and B2B software infrastructure platform is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their Cape Town-based team. This high-impact role offers complete ownership of product messaging within a rapidly expanding business environment.

Reporting to the leadership team, and working closely with the COO, you will serve as the core bridge between product, sales, and client success by translating complex software capabilities into clear commercial language. Your mandate will involve taking full accountability for the end-to-end execution of product launches, website messaging, sales enablement materials, and competitor positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex software capabilities and technical infrastructure into clear, accessible commercial messaging.
• Execute end-to-end go-to-market plans and launch narratives for new product features and use cases.
• Develop high-quality sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and client success stories.
• Optimise the corporate website and core growth surfaces for clarity, product differentiation, and buyer conversion.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and integrate competitive intelligence into ongoing positioning strategies.
• Collaborate across functional teams to ensure the external commercial voice reflects the strategic direction of the product.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications combined with 5+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Proven experience working within a B2B SaaS environment, specifically handling technical, regulated, or infrastructure-heavy software products.
• Demonstrated track record of independently writing product messaging, sales collateral, launch copy, and website content.
• Experience operating effectively as an individual contributor delivering high-quality marketing outputs within a lean or scaling business structure.
• Prior experience working within fintech, insurance, or insurance-adjacent sectors (preferred).

Salary & Benefits

• R700,000 – R800,000 CTC per year
