Job summary

RemotePass is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the EOR product end-to-end, driving depth and craft from onboarding to compliance and offboarding. You’ll lead internal tooling and AI agents that scale operations across countries, while aligning with a growing product organisation and CEO.

The role emphasizes discovery-led development, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on employment law and country-specific processes. Remote-first and globally distributed team setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products.
• Track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills: form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI, both as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable going deep into employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle: quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding.
• Set the roadmap and defend build decisions.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, employees, and operations teams.
• Turn escalations and pain points into a clear, prioritized view of what matters.
• Turn country-specific rules into scalable product features.
• Build the machinery behind EOR: internal platforms and AI agents for automation and compliance checks.
• Coordinate across time zones with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
