Job summary

Network International is seeking a seasoned Software Product Manager to own product vision from concept to launch. You will drive end-to-end product roadmaps, work with engineering, data, design and UX, and continuously test ideas with merchants to shape requirements.

A strong commercial mindset and 5+ years in product management are required to succeed in this collaborative, regulated payments environment.

Qualifications

5+ years as a software product manager with app design & development experience.
Strong commercial mindset with empathy for diverse customer bases (SMEs to enterprises).
Technical literacy to understand payments ecosystem and maximise merchant value.
Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated card schemes preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy grounded in research with a clear short and long-term plan.
Lead discovery and development of new products while optimizing existing features.
Drive execution with clear goals, metrics, and post-launch analysis.
Lead roadmap by translating market, competition, and user needs into executable plans.
Understand merchants by engaging with them and testing ideas before drafting requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, data, design, and UX to deliver on strategy.
Make decisions and help others to deliver high-quality products and services.
Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and collaboration.
