Job summary

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Risk, and translate merchant needs into valuable product features.

You will define success metrics, lead market research, and contribute to commercial planning while working in a dynamic, inclusive environment that values innovation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as listed in the job description.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related product role.
• Experience translating customer and business requirements into actionable product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, merchant needs, and market opportunities.
• Understand merchant journeys, research and analyze pain points, and translate insights into prioritized features.
• Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Lead go-to-market planning with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance, using analytics to drive improvements.
• Support business cases, pricing, and monetization discussions with Commercial and Finance teams.
• Monitor market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and differentiation.
• Act as central product point of contact across stakeholders and communicate progress to leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
