The role focuses on owning the product strategy, developing a merchant-centric roadmap, and delivering end-to-end product development. You will collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful launches and ongoing optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Experience translating customer and business requirements into actionable product requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and merchant needs.
• Understand merchant journeys and translate insights into prioritized features.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch and optimization.
• Coordinate go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Define KPIs and monitor product performance to drive merchant value and revenue.
• Act as central point of contact across stakeholders and drive governance.
