Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development and mechanical design.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
• Experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining).
• Strong understanding of materials science and product testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of new products from concept to mass production.
• Conduct feasibility studies, performance simulations, and prototyping for new product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and industrial designers.
• Oversee component selection, material specification, and vendor qualification.
• Develop and execute comprehensive product testing plans to ensure reliability and performance.
