NOA seeks an autonomous Product Designer to own end-to-end design across internal tools, customer platforms and our design system. You will work in a cross-functional team with product management and engineering, shaping data-dense workflows in energy trading and renewables.

You’ll start across several product streams, then focus on fewer domains as we grow. You’ll be responsible for usability, user experience and measurable impact on how South Africa manages commercial energy.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience as an autonomous designer in data-dense, workflow-heavy software.
• Experience designing for complex problems, energy trading, or enterprise tools.
• Ability to own design from discovery to handoff in a cross-functional team.

Responsabilidades

• Own design end-to-end on your workstreams: discovery, flows, prototypes, UI and handoff.
• Design complex internal tools and customer-facing platforms; shape the design system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to ensure the shipped product matches the design; iterate quickly.
