Placements24 is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive data-driven sourcing decisions in a fully remote purchasing team. You will handle large datasets, develop insightful reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing spend, building KPIs, and supporting strategic sourcing with data-driven recommendations. Strong Excel and visualization skills are essential; SAP Ariba/Oracle experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data modeling and interpretation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a quantitative field.
