Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant in Mahikeng, North West to lead client engagements, review current processes, and design robust improvements. You will guide diagnostic assessments, develop actionable roadmaps, and ensure on-site delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in management consulting, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma/BPR, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management to achieve measurable efficiency gains for clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or operations improvement.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working directly with clients on-site in the North West region.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized business processes using industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for process transformation and operational excellence.
• Manage project teams and ensure the successful execution of process improvement initiatives.
• Train client personnel on new processes and facilitate change adoption.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented process changes against defined KPIs.
