Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software (e.g., Arena, Simulink).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively in a remote team setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation, IoT, and AI in production.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous.
