Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Experience with data analysis software and ERP/MRP systems.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project outcomes. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and company policies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, SPSS, R, Python).
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience in diverse industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems.
