Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in process development, scale-up and optimization in chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, separation processes and process safety management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of new chemical processes from lab to pilot and commercial scale.
• Define process parameters and equipment requirements for new processes; conduct feasibility studies.
• Perform PHAs and ensure safety and environmental compliance during development stages.
• Use process simulation software to model and optimize designs.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineers, and manufacturing for smooth technology transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and scale-up.
