Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Johannesburg seeks an experienced PE Operations lead to oversee client onboarding, NAV production and regulatory reporting. You will coordinate with the Finance, Compliance and Legal teams to ensure accurate, timely results and strong client relationships.

The role requires a professional qualification (CA(SA)/SAIPA or equivalent) and ~5+ years in fund admin, IFRS, and supervising teams. A high-performance, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification – CA(SA) / SAIPA / Equivalent.
• Ideally 5+ years’ experience in fund administration or related field.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to a complex book of Private Equity clients and onboarding.
• Manage NAVs and SLA deliverables with the management team.
• Ensure policies are followed and KPIs are met.
• Liaise with lawyers, auditors and tax advisors on fund matters.
• Lead and develop the PE Operations team and act as central client contact.
