Qualifications

• Proficient in back-office systems such as Investran, eFront, Paxus.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.
• Works well under pressure and with strict SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of accounting services per fund documents.
• Supervise a team of accountants and train direct reports.
• Prepare performance fees, IRR, and equalization calculations.
• Manage client onboarding and quarterly service reviews.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance across SA funds.
• Act as authorized signatory on client bank accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
