Job summary

Ecic is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead strategic financial planning from anywhere in South Africa. This remote role demands strong modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting to drive business growth.

You will oversee scenario planning, financial performance analysis, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional leaders to optimize profitability while shaping the company’s long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting or finance qualification (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or MBA) required.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience with strategic leadership proven track record.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities
