Our client, a rapidly expanding global e-commerce business, seeks a Financial Planning & Analytics Manager to drive strategy, forecast accuracy and insights from a remote finance team based in South Africa. You will lead budgeting, modelling, KPI tracking and stakeholder reporting to enable growth decisions.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A, strong modelling skills, ERP/BI proficiency and excellent communication for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or professional qualification (CFA/CIMA/ACCA) is highly desirable.
• 7+ years in financial planning, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient with Excel, BI tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with business units.
• Prepare variance analysis, trend identification and scenario planning.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in financial modelling and scenario analysis.
