Job summary

Tumaini Consulting is seeking an accomplished Electrical Engineer with PrEng registration to lead solar energy projects in a senior capacity. You will oversee the design, delivery and commissioning of C&I Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, ensuring technical excellence.

This role requires 6+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record in renewable energy engineering, with strong stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• ECSA Professional Engineer (PrEng) registration.
• 6+ years' relevant experience in C&I Solar PV projects; BESS experience.
• Proven track record in engineering design, project execution, and commissioning of renewable energy projects
• Excellent technical reporting, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and technical delivery of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
• Play a senior role in delivering high-quality solar energy projects across the project lifecycle.
