Job summary

Executech is seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead a high-performing Solar PV engineering function within the Commercial & Industrial sector. You will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, mentor and develop engineers, engage with senior stakeholders, and take ownership of engineering excellence on projects ranging from 500kW to 20MW.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering with PrEng registration (or working towards registration) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor/engineering degree in electrical engineering.
• PrEng registration or candidate.
• 5–10 years of Solar PV experience in the C&I sector.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Experience across full project lifecycle, design review and sign-off.
• Strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
• SSEG application/certification experience advantageous.
• Mature leadership with high EQ and commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.
