Milton Resourcing is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead the delivery of critical power generation projects. You will unite multidisciplinary teams and drive progress with rigorous timelines, budgets, and quality controls.

Required: 8+ years in C&I Solar PV and BESS, Pr Eng registration, strong PM skills, and proven leadership. Delivering on time, within scope and budget, while upholding safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in C&I Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects.
• Pr Eng registration is mandatory.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of power plant systems, standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale power generation projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Support project procurement, contracting, and vendor management activities.
