You'll calibrate ECUs, conduct vehicle tests, and validate integration across engines, hybrids or EV drivetrains while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in automotive powertrain development with integration focus.
• Experience calibrating powertrains and ECUs using INCA/CANalyzer.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level integration of engines, transmissions, hybrids and EV drivetrains.
• Develop and execute integration plans ensuring cross-component compatibility.
• Calibrate powertrain ECUs to meet performance and emissions targets.
• Conduct vehicle testing and validation; analyze data to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Develop diagnostic strategies and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulations.
