Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a power systems focus.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in power system analysis and design.
• Expertise with PSS/E, ETAP or DigSILENT PowerFactory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced power system studies, including load flow, short circuit analysis, transient stability, and protection coordination.
• Design and specify power system components such as transformers, switchgear, generators, and transmission lines.

• Lead the technical aspects of grid modernization projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in power system analysis and design.
• Expertise in power system software such as PSS/E, ETAP, or DigSILENT PowerFactory.
• In-depth knowledge of grid codes, protection principles, and utility-scale power system operations.
